✔️ Side Effects

Some individuals may experience side effects such as swelling of the hands or feet (peripheral edema), diarrhea, dizziness, nausea, or vomiting. These effects are usually mild and tend to resolve on their own. However, medical advice should be sought if they persist or worsen.

• Maintain a healthy weight (BMI 19.5–24.9).
• Reduce salt intake (≤2300 mg/day).

• Regularly monitor your blood pressure. Combine medication with a low-sodium diet and physical activity for better outcomes.

This dual therapy combines an angiotensin receptor blocker (Telmisartan) and a calcium channel blocker (Amlodipine). It works by widening blood vessels, easing blood circulation, and lowering blood pressure.
